This workshop is based on playful breathing, resonance and articulation exercises. Participants will experience their voices as versatile and extra sound instruments and develop their own catalog of experimental and unusual vocal expressions. How can vocal expression transformed into text? How does text influence the sound of our voices? We will sound out visual poems and other texts and notations by the artist and other creators.

This workshop is part of the proposals for the activation of archives carried out within the project PAPIIT IG400221 “The representations of the voice and its materialities: archives, printed matter and sound”, of the FFyL / UDIR-Morelia UNAM. This project is supported by ExTeresa Arte Actual.
